You will be responsible for managing the relationship with your customers, and recruiting and managing your pool of candidates, to ensure that your client’s needs are met, and that the right drivers arrive in the right place at the right time.
You will be passionate about bringing on new customers, and leveraging your relationships to grow existing customers.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Temp desk management experience.
- Resourcing and recruiting experience.
- Demonstrated experience in growing your portfolio.
- Process driven with high attention to detail.
- Superior customer service.
- Down to Earth and authentic communicator.
- Trouble shooter and problem solver.
- Strong computer skills and social media savvy.
- Previous transport industry experience an advantage.
Available for an immediate start, the successful applicant will have the opportunity to progress to full time work in the future.
