The Role:
We’re looking for a sharp, detail-focused Admin Investigator to join our team. Your mission: track down discrepancies, investigate issues, and keep our records spotless. From following up on customer queries to reviewing service data, you’ll be the detective that ensures our operations stay efficient and compliant.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
Investigating service and billing discrepancies
Reviewing GPS, weight data, and service records
Liaising with drivers, operations, and customers to gather information
Compiling accurate investigation reports
Assisting with compliance and audit requirements
General administrative support as required

What We’re Looking For:
Strong attention to detail – nothing gets past you
Excellent communication skills – you can talk to anyone from drivers to directors
Solid admin and computer skills (Excel, Word, data entry)
Experience in investigations, compliance, or operations admin (waste industry experience a bonus)
