We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our established team.
Reporting through to the Business Manager you will be required to focus on gaining new business across all states, focusing on Right People, Right Job, Right Now!
- Able to seek out a HOT lead and turn into new business within the transport industry.
- Ability to build and establish new sales pipelines having a continued approach to different sales techniques.
- Following up on sales quotes / tenders.
- Working closely with the Recruitment team to ensure job orders are filled within a timely manner.
We are seeking a goal driven individual who is hungry for success and loves working within a team environment. You need to have a strong understanding of the market and commercially aware of its peak and down times. You will need to be able to think on your feet, able to offer client’s solutions and deliver on what was promised.
