Our client is looking for an experienced water cart driver for civil works on the north of Brisbane.

Responsibilities
Operate specialized tankers for transporting water to and from civil construction sites.
Ensure loads are secure and all relevant paperwork, such as run sheets, is completed accurately.
Maintain vehicles and perform daily checks to ensure they are in good working order.
Adhere to strict health and safety protocols on site.
Conduct a variety of tasks, such as operating minor plant equipment , a

Requirements
A valid Heavy Rigid (HR) truck driver’s license.
Essential is a metered standpipe ticket (done training to use a hydrant to fill up the water truck)
White Card ( General Induction Card).
Prior experience in dust suppression on civil works including road works operating a Volvo SM9 with front/rear bars and canon on the roof. Remote and cab operated. .
A proven track record of commitment to safety practices.
Physical fitness to perform the demands of the role.
Ability to pass a driver assessment..
Good understanding of the transport and civil works
