Our client is looking for some fresh talented HR Specialists with local knowledge of Brisbane and surrounding suburbs for an ongoing role based out of Brendale.
1800 Drivers is currently working with a progressive timber company based in Brendale who are one of the largest disbruitors of timbers and timeber related products. Due to an increased workload they are in the market for an experienced HR Truck Driver to carry out runs baed out of Brendale around the Brisbane area.
Job tasks and responsibilities
- Carting timber products around the Brisbane area on a multi-drop basis
- Provide good customer service when actioning the deliveries
- Must be able to tie down loads with straps and winches
Skills and experience
- HR Driver’s Licence
- Forklift Ticket (*must have transport experience)
- HR Driving experience (including competently reversing the truck)
- Must have good communication skills and be presentable
- Excellent working knowledge of the Brisbane area
- Strong safety focus
- Must be reliable with good work ethic and a positive/friendly attitude

- Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work, Average 40 Hours per week. During busy periods can be up to 50 hours per week.
